Pistons are within 1% of gram weight to each other. Sealed in Factory packages you get the pistons, pins, Hastings rings and the cir clips for the pins. We opened a .040 set for the photo. Also available in .020.

Our pistons are not NPR Pistons. Even though NPR has offices in the US and they are a Japanese company, all their pistons sets come from Toto in Korea or Taiwan and their rings are made by NPR Japan. NPR never, ever made pistons in Japan and always out sourced them in other countries. NPR stands for Nippon Piston Rings NOT Nippon Piston & Rings. Our aftermarket pistons are Non strutted pistons and are much more stable on the operating dimensions with combustion temperatures than the older design steel strutted pistons. The steel strutted piston can develop cracks overtime that develop due to the difference in heat expansion of the two different materials. Non strutted pistons are stronger amid the life operation of a piston as they expand and contract on the cool down and reoperation temperatures much more consistently.

NOTE for US piston sets: Piston to wall clearance: The "dial point" is, .900 up from the bottom of the skirt, where the clearance is established/measured between the piston and the cylinder wall to obtain a desired clearance of.0015.

SPECIAL NOTE: ALL Nissan and Aftermarket piston sets come with piston pins, cir clips and rings.
